U – UNDERSTAND…Now that we’ve had an initial connection with your business and we have developed our connection with your staff we want to get a detailed and deep understanding of your entire operation. The who, the how, the why, the when, the what, understand what you want for the future and the how much.
C – COMMUNICATE…Once we have asked all the questions we needed to and have a deep understanding of your organisation we prepare an initial report that shows where the business is exactly at. We tell you what your people are thinking, (anonymously) what your financial position is and what the future is in the current situation.
A – ANALYSIS & STRATEGY…Now that we’ve delivered our interim report and got from you what you really what to achieve we then do an analysis of your competition and put together a strategy written specifically for you and your organisation. This report locks in your short, medium and long term KPI’s and financial projections. We want you and your business to be successful so what we give you will give you a genuine pathway to increased profitability and business success.
T – TEACH & TRAIN…Now with our detailed strategy plan in hand we want to bring it back to you and your people. We are going to teach and train you and your people how to do what you all need to do to take your business to a new level. The training could include; New Point of Sale implementation, better record keeping, better financial management, customer service training, better HR policies, new business pivots…it could be anything, but what ever is included we are training it and teaching it to make you all more successful.
